Zanzibar is the perfect complement to any East African safari. This 4-day getaway combines the island’s rich cultural heritage with its legendary beaches. Wander the labyrinthine streets of Stone Town, visit spice plantations, and relax on some of the Indian Ocean’s most beautiful beaches.

Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, tells the story of centuries of trade between Africa, Arabia, India, and Europe. Its ornately carved wooden doors, bustling bazaars, and rooftop restaurants offer an atmospheric introduction to Swahili culture. Beyond the town, the island offers world-class snorkeling, dolphin excursions, and some of the finest seafood in East Africa.
