Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge is situated on the shores of Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake approximately 125 kilometres from Nairobi, accessible via tarmac roads in just over an hour’s drive. The lodge features 84 rooms arranged in 21 cottages in a crescent shape, each containing 4 rooms with 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper level.
Two rooms are designed for physically challenged guests, and 6 cottages feature interconnecting ground-floor rooms for families. All rooms have large frontal windows, televisions, mini-bars, telephones, electronic safes, tea and coffee facilities, and spacious open-air verandas.
The lodge offers a swimming pool, horse riding, boat rides on the lake, and access to the surrounding wildlife area. Positioned outside national park boundaries, the lodge is convenient for excursions to Hell’s Gate, Lake Nakuru, and the wider Rift Valley region.
