Masai Mara Sopa Lodge is located high on the slopes of the Oloolaimutia Hills and was one of the first safari lodges to be built in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. The lodge features 50 cottages divided into two wings flanking the main public areas, with standard cottages housing two spacious guest rooms each with queen and king-size beds.
Six luxury cottages offer two suites per unit with larger bedrooms and bathrooms, plus indoor and outdoor seating areas. The honeymoon suite features an extra-large bedroom with king bed, dressing table, indoor seating area, luxurious bathroom with shower and sunken bath, and a sheltered veranda with panoramic views.
All rooms include mosquito nets, electronic safes, dressing tables, en-suite bathrooms, and sheltered verandas with garden and reserve views. The lodge offers a swimming pool, dining room, bar, lounge areas, spa services, internet access, and air conditioning. Wedding ceremonies can be customised with flower-adorned hot air balloons, riverside celebrations beneath fig trees, or open-air events.
